Elonex is releasing their latest creation, The LNXCube Stereo System. It's a HiFi with CD player, FM tuner, USB port and a wireless remote, that also doubles as a DVD player. It includes an eye-catching 7 inch widescreen LCD display that you can use to watch a DVD or even watch television with the DVB TV tuner or the analog tuner.

Along with that, it has the classical A/V outputs, the supports of MP3, a 30W + 30W power output and it comes for $366.

Marantz introduced a new preamplifier in the Reference Series, the SC-11S1 which comes this November on US market for $3199.99.

Based on the PM-11S1 and the SC-7S2 pre-amp section, the SC-11S1 features a fully balanced construction with a new linear control volume using a Wolfson WM8816 IC, a balanced input type headphone amplifier, 3 brand new ultra high speed HDAM-SA3 buffer modules and a reworked power supply design with a choke input system resulting in a THD of 0.002%.

It also offers mono, stereo or multi channel configuration with the Marantz F.C.B.S (Floating Control Bus System) for connecting several SC-11S1 preamplifier.

Scythe, the well known brand from the computer world for its cooling solutions and accessories has announced the SDA-1000, a stereo digital amplifier for computer use for about $60.

The SDA-1000 can be installed in any of the 5.25 inch bay of your computer case and connected to the internal power supply. It can be also powered directly from the AC line via the include AC adapter as a stand alone amplifier. The amplifier gets a chip from Yamaha which delivers a maximum output of 2x10W and a SNR of 103 dB. The rear connections get the minimum with only an analog stereo input and of course the speakers output.

Besides power and mute switch, the aluminium front panel has an headphone output and it comes in 2 colors, silver and black.

The LTB Q-Home-FX headphones make use of 6 patented speaker chambers for directional audio effects from whatever audio source it is patched into. The 2.4Ghz digital radio transmission of these headphones is designed to provide a good radio frequency connection while avoiding interfering with other wireless signals around the home. The headphones can be used from a distance of 30 meters from the transmitter.

It can accept audio input from digital as well as stereo sources via the coaxial, optical or 2 channel stereo input for DVD, Game system, HDTV, TV and so on.

Also the Q-Home-FX features a Dolby Digital and a Dolby Pro Logic decoder, a built in Dynamic Microphone with Xbox option cable and rechargeable Lithium Polymer batteries.

DVD-3800BD & DVD-2500BT new Denon Blu-Ray Players

Denon recently announced its upcoming High-end Blu-Ray players, the DVD-3800BD and the DVD-2500BT.

These Denon Blu-ray players support Blu-ray Profile v1.1, Dolby digital +, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, DTS-HD High Resolution Audio, HDMI v1.3a and are backwards compatible with DVD and CD. It features a 1080p video output, a 24 bit/192kHz DAC plus RCA, BNC and RS-232C connectivity.

The main difference between the two models is that the DVD-3800BD does internal decoding of the audio, while the DVD-2500BT only supports output of the HD audio bitstream to an external decoder. The DVD-3800BD also comes equipped with a Silicon Optix 10-bit Realta video processor with image correction technology D.P.I.C. (Denon Pixel Image Correction).

Both players will hit the japanese market in early 2008, priced at $2,900 for the DVD-3800BD, and $2,000 for the DVD-2500BT.

Klipsch CS-500 2.1ch DVD Entertainment System

Klipsch announced its new high-performance 2.1ch system which simulates the effects of a 5.1ch setup.

With just two satellites, a subwoofer and an A/V center, the compact CS-500 system uses digital processing circuitry to simulate the effect of a larger, six-speaker home theater system. Each satellite employs dual magnetically shielded 2.5-inch high output medium and a 0.75-inch magnetically shielded tweeter, the subwoofer employs a 6.5-inch woofer.

The A/V center features a built-in Class-D amplifier that distributes 35 watts of power to each satellite and 100 watts of power to the subwoofer. It also includes Dolby Virtual Speaker technology along with a progressive scan DVD player, an AM/FM tuner with 20 station presets, an universal IR remote control and three auxiliary inputs.

The Klipsch CS-500 begins shipping early next month for a price of $999.99.

XtremeMac introduced its Tango Studio audio dock for iPod, a new compact stereo system perfect for a bookshelf or desktop.

The Tango Studio features a built-in FM tuner, an auxiliary line in, a wireless remote, a blue LED display that relays the volume level, operating mode and radio frequency information and a retractable dock connector which is compatible with all iPod models. The system is powered by two full range loudspeakers and a full stereo high-dynamic amplifier.

Priced at $79.95, the XtremeMac Tango Studio is available in pre-order right now on XtremeMac's website.

Victor introduced the RD-M15, its new stereo system with 1GB of built-in flash memory and "DJ capabilities".

Along with its 1GB memory, the RD-M15 features a CD player with manual speed control for mixing (± 12%), time shifting capabilities, an LCD display, an AM/FM radio tuner, an USB input (v1.1) and the support of MP3, WMA and WAV formats.
The 1GB of memory allows you to save up to 50min in MP3 or WMA (LP mode: 64 kbps) from the radio, a CD, an USB key... You can also mix or record your voice via the microphone.

The Victor RD-M15 stereo will be available in early November in Japan at approximately $400.

Panasonic will introduce its RP-HSW50 clip-on headphones for about $25 in Japan next month.

The Panasonic RP-HSW50 is a clip-on design headphone with comfort-fit hinge. Its slim design with a 15 mm thickness earpiece gives it a weight of only 22g each one and includes a 30mm driver which delivers crystal clear sound, it supports a maximum of 1W @ 20 Ω ( 14 - 24,000 Hz).

It also features a 1.0m cord length, a neck cord and a flat plug adapter for mobile phone users and finally, the RP-HSW50 is available in silver, white, black, red, pink, blue or gold for about $40.

Panasonic announced its new RP-HTR70 headphones for around $45 on November 20th in Japan.

Available in several colors as you can see on the picture above, these affordable headphones use flexible stainless steel for the headband construction and weighs only 85g. The 30mm drivers delivers a maximum output of 1W @ 20 Ω with a frequency response of 14 - 24,000Hz.

Panasonic's RP-HTR70 get a cord length of 1.2m with 3.5mm jack and will be shipped with a plug adapter.
