KEF debuts new all-in-one KIT120 Instant Theatre home entertainment system for about $2,500. This 2.1-ch. home theater system comes with two loudspeakers, a powered subwoofer and a matching DVD player incorporating HDMI technology. And with the KEF's proprietary patented NXT flat panel technology, the system is able to generate rear and center channels with only two satellites.

The compact receiver, measuring about 59x324x262mm, has built-in AM/FM tuner and CD/DVD player with the ability to play DVD, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, CD, CDR/RW and MP3. You can connect any storage keys, MP3 players or iPod to the unit through the USB and iPod connectivities on the rear panel. The two magnetically shielded speakers features the KEF's Uni-Q technology which consists of a 14mm tweeter mounted in the acoustic center of the mid-range cone and the subwoofer loads a 250mm cone woofer.

The KIT120 Instant Theatre also comes in a choice of matt silver and piano black with premium quality materials including zinc and aluminium. Its sleek and stylish design further instils a taste of elegant simplicity to modern home decor.

The BASIS 100 is one of the smallest subwoofers in the Dali's product range. This subwoofer ideal for smaller systems is based on a 10” long stroke woofer and a 100W RMS amplifier. The amplifier has stereo inputs as well as LFE input and the level, crossover frequency (40 – 120Hz) and phase can be adjusted. BASIS 100 also features an electronic circuit, which will automatically power up the subwoofer, if signals are detected on the inputs. If no input signals are fed to the subwoofer for a while, the subwoofer will automatically go into standby-mode.

The cabinet made of MDF with four rubber feet underneath, which will effectively prevent vibration being transferred to the floor. In result, the distance from underneath the subwoofer to the floor will make the airflow from the down firing bass reflex port possible.

The Chord CPM2650 and CPM3350 integrated amplifier are designed around the latest versions of the highly successful CPA2500 and SPM650 Pre and Power amplifier combinations.

The pre-amplifier can hold up to six input signals using the supplied remote handset or via the front panel controls. Two tape loops allow you to record one source whilst also listening to another and a separate switchable preamplifier output is available for bi-amping.

The CPM2650 amplifier boasts an output power of 2x 120W RMS @ 8Ω or 2x 170W RMS @ 4Ω and the CPM3350 delivers 2x 220W RMS @ 8Ω or 2x 360W RMS @ 4Ω. The electronic features ultra high frequency low ESR power supply for better efficiently than conventional designs. This gives the amp enormous reserves of instantly delivered, precisely controlled power which is more than capable of controlling even the most demanding loudspeakers. With the ability to select the pre outs and speaker outputs together or individually the flexibility of the unit allows it to be used as a pre-amp, on its own or with another power amp for bi-amping.

The output power rated at 4x 15W RMS feeds a 2-way speakers system. The i-WXH 80 is also equipped with a PLL radio tuner with 30 preset memories and a remote control. Philips unveiled its latest home theater system, the MCD759D is a DVD Micro Theater system with iPod connectivity, AM/FM radio and DVD player featuring 5.1-channel.

A class-D digital amplifier inside boasts a total of 800W RMS and supports DTS, Dolby Digital and Pro Logic II surround sound formats. The CD/DVD player offers the playback of DivX, DVD-Video, Picture CD, Video CD/SVCD, WMA-CD, MP3-CD, CD (R/RW) and DVD (R/RW). The DAC (12bit, 108MHz) features high def (720p, 1080i) video upsampling, upscaling and progressive scan. The rear panel is equipped with 3x analog video outputs, Component Y Pb Pr, Composite CVBS and S-Video, an HDMI output and an audio auxiliary input (RCA).

The loudspeaker enclosures are made up of real rosewood with gold-plated speaker connectors and the satellites load ribbon tweeters for impressive audio fidelity. The iPod dock is compatible with iPod, iPod mini, iPod nano, iPod shuffle, iPod with color display and iPod 5th Generation is able to play and charge your iPod and can remote control it.

However, There is no word on MCD759D's pricing and availability yet.
