I have bought just this system and agree with most of the comments on construction, functions, ease of use, etc. However, when it comes to Hi Fi it is lacking. Perfectly clear and well balanced sound I would have thought was the minimum to expect, and it does that well, but it stops there. No depth or feeling of involvment with the music. I get the impression that the speakers are just too poor. Maybe I am expecting too much, and am comparing it with 30year old stuff in the lounge. Bottom line - great for backround and parties but if you want Hi Fi then listen with better, much better speakers..
