Samsung Russia, today announced two new 5.1ch HTiB systems, the HT-TKX715 and HT-KX715. The HT-KX715 is similar to the HT-X715T on sale in US, but the HT-TKX715 system is not released elsewhere and has four tallboy speakers instead of the standard satellites. Both systems include a 800W DVD receiver compatible DivX/MP3 with USB and iPod host function, HDMI output with 1080p up-conversion, auto sound calibration, Dolby Digital/Dolby Pro Logic-II/DTS decoders and BlueTooth capability to eliminate the clutter of wires and connect any mobile devices.

No word on price nor availability at the moment.

Samsung offers three new models in its 5.1-channel Home Theater series using wireless speakers with 5.8 GHz technology. The HT-Z510 series consists of the HT-Z510, which features four satellite speakers; the HT-Z512 (pictured), which features two satellites and two tallboys; and the HT-Z515, which has four tallboys.

Each system includes a five-disc, 1080p-upconverting DVD player compatibe DVD, CD, MP3, DivX, JPEG and DVD-Audio, and it incorporates "Auto Sound Calibration" to ensure exceptional sound in any type of room. The HT-Z510 delivers 400 watts of power, while the HT-Z515 doubles that, in addition to featuring wireless-ready rear speakers for added convenience.

The HT-Z510 ($379), HT-Z512 ($429) and HT-Z515 ($479) will be available in April 2008.

Samsung just announced its new fourth-gen Blu-ray player dubbed the BD-P1500. It features HDMI 1.3 port with CEC, built-in Ethernet connection for BD profile 1.1 discs and firmware downloads, and 7.1 PCM, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD High Resolution and Master Audio. The video processor upconverts standard DVDs to 720p, 1080i and 1080p resolutions and offers Full HD video playback capabilities. The BD-P1500's enclosure has a slick exterior with a black glossy finish and a minimum of buttons.

The BD-P1500 will be available in June 2008 at a price of $399.

The Samsung HT-X810 is a 5.8GHz wireless soundbar, an all-in-one single wall-mountable speaker unit that contains a DVD player housed in a slick cabinet with piano lack finish. It also has a subwoofer, HDMi output and DVD player with upscaling and compatible DivX. In addition the HT-X810 can host Bluetooth audio devices for streaming audio.

Samsung's HT-X180 soundbar was announced for release in May, however no word on pricing yet.

Consumers can now enjoy the full HD 1080p with Samsung's Blu-ray player from the HT-BD2 home theater system. The HT-BD2 7.1 channel HD receiver speaker system provides richer and powerful sound with its industry leading Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio format support. With its sleek, piano black design the HT-BD2 augments both the audio presence and visual aesthetics of home theatre.

Equipped with an active subwoofer and by four towers, a centre channel, and two satellite rear speakers, the HT-BD2 delivers 1,100W of total output power. The HT-BD2's Blu-ray player offers playback in Full HD 1080p at 24 or 60 fps. This complete solution for the entertainment enthusiasts is available from now at $1,499.

The Samsung BP-U5500 offering the ideal solution for those consumers new to the world of HD home entertainment. This hybrid player follows up the BP-U5000 which just hit the shelves recently. It remains similar with Blu-ray and HD-DVD playback along with CD and DVD support in a single box. Also Samsung's BP-U5500 player has HDMI 1.3 connectivity and supports the latest audio decoding such as 7.1-Ch PCM, DTS-HD High Resolution and Master audio, and Dolby TrueHD

The BD-UP5500 will be available in the second-half of 2008 at a MSRP of $599.

The new HT-AS720ST, 5.1-channel home theater speaker system from Samsung is equipped with all the surround sound modes and connections you need to add stunning audio to your home theater and its sleek and shiny design will match very well with today's flat panel displays as well as Samsung's Blu-ray players.
